You are required to submit any changes in writing to the Alabama
Board of Examiners for Dietetic/Nutrition Practice.
Changes include Name change, Address change, Phone
Number change and Workplace changes. These changes must
be reported to us within 30 days of any change.
Board Meeting Schedule:
The upcoming board meetings will be held at
400 S. Union Street, 4th floor Conference Room in Montgomery, Alabama.
